Can I make payment plans on my total balance?

Absolutely. We can coordinate a payment schedule after the initial retainer of $250 is paid to secure your date. The final balance will be due 21 days prior to the big day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We will send a payment link for clients to pay securely with a credit or debit card via Square. 

How far in advance should I book with Velvet Pour?

We usually suggest booking at least 6 months in advance to lock in your date. While we often hear from clients planning up to a year in advance, if you’re in a pinch, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Yes! We can create mocktail menus that are just as fun and tasty as our cocktail selections. 

What area do you serve and how far will you travel?

Velvet Pour Bar is proudly rooted in beautiful Tampa, Florida. We serve the Bay area and the surrounding cities, however we are pleased to accommodate our friends that are further out. Feel free to ask!

Are you Insured?

Of course! Velvet Pour carries general liquor liability insurance and can provide the client and venue with our certificate of insurance. In addition to our insurance policy, we ensure our bartenders are TIPS certified to serve your guests safely.

What kinds of events do you serve?

We provide our service to a wide range of events - from weddings and private gatherings, to corporate events, product launches, graduation parties to retirement celebrations, and more.  No matter the occasion, we work with you to create a custom bar experience that fits your vision.

Do you provide alcohol?

No, Velvet Pour is a dry-hire bartending service. Along with our amazing bartenders, we provide the bar, decor, and all of the necessary bar essentials to create a remarkable experience. You show up with the alcohol, and we got the rest covered!

Can you help with alcohol recommendations and quantities?

Great question! Velvet Pour provides a detailed shopping list with how much alcohol to purchase based on your guest count and drink preferences. We’re here to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible.
